Hey there! I wanted to share a recent experience with a new client who tried brow tinting for the first time. At first, she loved the results, but in different lighting, it appeared too dark and shocking. She kept apologizing and asked me to tone it down.

I explained to her, just like I have with my other clients, that beauty services are personal to each individual. My goal is to provide the service and help you achieve the result you feel most confident with. So, never feel bad about asking me to make adjustments. It's not a negative reflection on me or my work. I want everyone to leave the salon happy or at least confident that we can reach the ideal goal you have in mind after a few appointments.
