It’s been two loooong weeks since my day had this view! Happy to be back on the mat!!!

There was one extra night in England with a beautiful, bright, full moon to illuminate the night.
I am homeward-bound and will catch up on calls, messages, and emails over Mon & Tues!

Due to the Nor’easter that is making life difficult in New England this weekend, my flight home was cancelled.
So instead? During a mooch about a charity shop, found this wee book! From 1972, The Massage Book was considered ‘the’ text for all massage practitioners, and the info is still helpful!
Wonder if buying it makes this trip a deductible one?!?! 😜😝😜😝😂🤣😂🤣

Precursor to Hartford, CT, USA? Hertford, Hertfordshire, England.
Not their first Nutmegger to visit, but the first one who has worked IN Hartford and lives beside it!
Grabbed a bunch of photos and the desire to come back again for a more intensive visit!

Some years ago i did a UK tour and sent postcards to folks all over the world. It was fun & a way to let friends who were not on tour know they were missed & loved.

Yesterday was the City of Caves AKA Robin Hood’s neighborhood AKA Nottingham!

Learned loads about the history of the caves, the reality of preservation, and had some opportunity for walkabout. But that left no time for a mooch about the Castle. Another day, then… it is an interesting city!

Concorde viewing, Severn Bridge, WALES, and sea shanty singers on a converted ferry! What a cool day ‘off’!!!

Well…. Thank you, Haworth! What a WONDERFUL day and a half here in ‘the North’ in the moors!!!
I’ll be re-reading the Brontë’s writings with a fresh, more informed, and wind-blown eye!

Had a wonderful couple of days visiting in York and getting to see things Roman, Viking, and old British!!!!

Today i am going to immerse into the world of the moors and the Brontës!

One of the coolest bits about England? The absolute embrace of veggie and vegan food. Having my supper from No Catch vegan fish & chips on the sea tonight.
