Belated Post about my experience with Myofascial Release and the Fascial Pelvis 🌼✨

Think of the pelvis as the foundation of the spine and any dysfunction here can lead to chronic issues anywhere along this line, whether the more expected lumbar spine, or up the thoracic and cervical a misaligned pelvis can cause disturbance in our posture and gait, as well as pain. Often times a slip can even lead to correctable uneven leg length. Issues in the spine are often mirrored in our TMJ so if you clench or grind this work can help. Most importantly our pelvis houses our lowest chakras concerning safety, our creative expression , and ability to connect with others.
