We not only train adults and high-school age we train younger kids. 1st we get movements, then we work on form then come weights. Trust me they all leave knowing they've worked!! I love the drive the kids have and the want to be in the Gym!!
Had some new trainees today. Started with basic bodyweight work.

Got some heavy lifting going on
A trainer can only push you so much, the rest is up to you. This lady right here always pushes that extra mile!! The determination is awesome!!
Everyone makes a face or a noise when your giving it your all do not be ashamed or embarrassed.
No matter your skill no matter your ability.
Some of these looked rough but this is just the beginning- the rotation work .... needs work
