I incorporate lymphatic massage in my facials using a gua sha stone to reduce puffiness, sculpt the face, soften fine lines and wrinkles, relax facial muscles, and help my clients relax.

I start off with a skin analysis which determines skin type and assesses appearance, texture, and conditions. I opted for dermalogicaPRO Precleanse to break down excess oil, dirt, and any products present on the skin. This step prepares the skin for the second cleanse.

If you are booking your first Brazilian wax or have a low pain tolerance, I recommend taking ibuprofen or Advil 1-2 hours before your appointment.

Ibuprofen is a pain reliever that also reduces inflammation and swelling that can be associated with waxing. It can make you bleed more so pinpoint bleeding may be more than usual.

Day 1 of trying Epicutis. They are a science-based skincare line with clean ingredients.

My personal favorite out of the introduction set is the oil cleanser. I like only having to use one cleanser and it doesn’t make my skin feel greasy or too oily. I’m excited to see how my skin reacts 🥰

If your face towel or cotton round is picking up foundation after you’ve already cleansed, your makeup wasn’t fully removed.
