As we prepare for more cancellations and rescheduling due to the next big storm, I need to send out an important message. My lifeline, my phone…freezes and shuts down every few minutes. We have been working to resolve the issue for two days so hoping I’ll be back on track tomorrow afternoon.

February 4th marks my 10th year in business and I cannot thank all of my wonderful clients for the constant support! I can honestly say the lines of client vs. family and friend have certainly been blurred 💜💖💙 We’ve been through a lot together! From hair and nail maintenance to special events, I’ve been blessed to serve all of you!

It’s now time for me to start creating some boundaries and working a more normal schedule….my typical 6 days of 12 hour shifts a week has certainly caught up to me. It’s hard for me to trim the schedule because I know that means I may not be available for everyone and that makes me very sad. At the same time, I know you all understand and will adjust as needed if possible 💜

March 23rd marks the 10th anniversary of the salons grand opening!!! Although I have never raised my prices, I have incurred several price increases with distributors. Three of which are since the pandemic started. I’m in the final phase of updating my service menu. It will soon be displayed in the salon, shared digitally and a printed version will also be available. The new pricing will not be in effect until March 23rd 💖

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season!!! No matter what or how you celebrate, I hope you spent your time doing what fulfills you!
I don’t usually announce resolutions but I decided this year I would!
🎆 First…I am going to try my hardest to make my bed every day!!! I do prefer it that way and today was day 1…✅
🎆 Second…I need to take better care of myself…I’m starting with WORK, LIFE, BALANCE. Or at least, my version of it 😉Today, I spent some time discussing my work schedule with family. I also scheduled some appointments that have been so wonderfully patient as I focused on family and holidays 🙂
🎙️Tomorrow is the day that most companies and schools recognize the New Year holiday. In Lou of this, I will be announcing some long, overdue changes that can soon be expected in the salon 😍
