Strength & Balance Class✨

Build strength, improve balance, and move with confidence in this all-levels class combining yoga, body-weight exercises, and weight training.

Use a chair for added stability or challenge your balance with a stability ball as you progress.

This class is designed with repetition and progression in mind, making it accessible for beginners while offering modifications and advanced options for experienced participants.

You’ll strengthen and tone the entire body while improving stability, mobility, coordination, and core strength.

60-Minute Class:
15 minutes: Warm-up, mobility & yoga-inspired stretching
30 minutes: Strength training using weights, body weight, chair support, and balance challenges
15 minutes: Recovery stretching, mindful movement & relaxation

Come ready to work, strengthen, stretch, and leave feeling stronger, steadier, and restored

Unfortunately, our tai chi class tomorrow Aug 11 is canceled due to Dee having no voice.
