I wasn’t going to say anything or post about it, but I’ve had quite a few people ask me to, so here I am 😅
I made it to the top 5 for Bismarck tribunes best of the best in the “hairstylist” category. Voting ends on August 12, you can vote every day!
I know it’s short notice, it’s been going on for weeks but, I didn’t think I was “worthy” to be honest, so I didn’t share about it.

I didn’t think I was going to make it past the nominations honestly, so whoever voted for me or nominated me, thank you!

A lot of people complain about the pay to play or basically pay for advertising part of this competition or call it a popularity contest, and quite frankly as a small business owner, I don’t have thousands of dollars to pay for advertising, nor do I have thousands of followers on social media, especially since I opened my doors less than 8 months ago. This is a huge accomplishment for me to even make it to the top 5, and I’m so grateful.

I know I say it often, but I really couldn’t be where I am without the support of my family, friends, and most importantly, my clients and everyone who keeps my books full. I know it’s a silly little competition and it ruffles feathers, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you. 🩷

Quick update! I won’t be in my studio from July 27-August 1!

I’ll be spending time with my family, so I won’t be responding to messages as quickly during this time either! (I’m not ignoring you, I’ll just probably be busy getting harassed by my niece and nephew)

My schedule is filling up fast this week, so now’s the time to book! Don’t worry though, I’ll be back the following week!
