Hello Folks…. It’s been a VERY VERY LING TIME!
You ask…. Why is she posting this?
Well it’s story time !!!
I’ve been on a life style journey for a very long time!

At the young age of 30, I took my health back and got rid of 80 lbs with diet & exercise. It took me 18 long months …. But I did it!!!

Fast forward to the arrival of the most evil unfair relentless chapter of the female life called menopause 🤬

At 45 I hit her ( menopause) with an uncontrollable force full of hot flashes, sleepless nights, irritability & 25 lb weight gain…DISGUSTING…right ?

No one could help me … I MEAN NO ONE…doctor after doctor!!!
I was told eat less exercise more… REALLY????….that’s totally NOT the answer

I finally took the menopause witch by the horns and studied middle aged health & wellness for 2 years.
I earned my certification in health & wellness, hormone health, aging health along with many aesthetic certifications.

It’s been a long road of ups & downs with weight Gain & loss over n over.
I often wanted to just give up and wear those “house coats” like our grandmothers did… who remembers those ?
Loud obnoxious floral colors …my Maw Maws use to call them “dusters” lol 😂
YES, I was almost there !!!

However, I kept going swearing I would NEVER wear double digits again ( size 8 max) through these past 3 years I lost my MoJo… but I’ve found some folks who have helped spark my flame 🔥 of helping others regain there health!
I can’t wait to help thousands of men & women just like me … who want to fight the aging process graceful.

Yes, aging is part of life BUT our waistlines do not have to expand east to west & our skin sure doesn’t have to sag south … haha 😛
