"Change is in the Hair" Lisa and Karen met in 2003 at John Peri School of Cosmetology. That was just the start of their business dreams.
After finishing school, Karen went to Beverly Hills to work while Lisa stayed in Manhattan Beach. They met for dinner one night and Lisa convinced Karen to come down to Manhattan Beach to work with her. Both working day and night, seven days a week, taking any job at the salon assisting, helping with receptionist duties, styling etc. Both started traveling together taking advanced training classes
