We get it… this model isn’t for everyone
but it was never meant to be
we’ve built Tress around time, intention, and experience
and seeing how it’s impacted both our clients and our stylists
is exactly why we do it this way

Does your salon do things differently?
For me, doing things differently looks like giving our stylists real freedom in their schedules, creating sustainable pricing that actually supports them, and building a team environment where people genuinely have each other’s backs.
It means no double booking, no burnout culture, and no expectation to just “figure it out” on your own.
