Okay Payton… you’re IBE Certified. But what does that actually mean? 👀

It means I’ve invested in becoming really intentional about the way I install, maintain, and care for your extensions.

IBE isn’t just about creating beautiful, seamless hair. It’s about comfort, precision, scalp health, proper tension, and protecting the integrity of your natural hair.

I invested in IBE to give you more precise, comfortable installs while prioritizing the health of your natural hair, and creating extensions that truly feel like they’re a part of you. 🤍

Everyone can do extensions. We live in a town with a cosmetology school. There are hundreds of stylists to choose from.

You can find extension installs for under $100 or pay over $350. Price alone doesn’t equal quality work. And being “extension certified” honestly doesn’t tell you much either.

When you’re looking for an extension artist, don’t just look at the after photo with 24-inch mermaid hair.

Look at the scalp area. Look at the stitching. Look at the sectioning. Ask to see grow-out photos. What do their rows look like after 4-8 weeks? What do they look like freshly installed before they’re curled and styled?

The right extension artist can actually save you money in the long run by giving you an install that’s comfortable, grows out well, and protects your natural hair.

The first photo is my client after 6 weeks of growth. The second photo is how she came to me after only 4 weeks. Her scalp was sore, her row was messy, and it was clear the install wasn’t built to last.

Also, before anyone asks… these aren’t the wefts I normally install. We decided to reuse the hair she already had and focus on giving her the cleanest, healthiest install possible. Once she’s ready to invest in higher-quality wefts with a smaller seam that are made for hidden bead rows, it’s going to take this transformation up another notch. There’s no reason to replace hair before you’re ready if it’s still in good condition.

Pretty after photos are easy. A clean grow-out tells you everything. 🤍
