✨ Important Scheduling & Policy Update ✨

Sei Bella Studio will now require a 30% retainer to reserve all appointments.

Previously, we only required a card on file. As our studio continues to grow, this change helps us protect appointment availability, reduce last-minute cancellations, and ensure we can continue providing the exceptional service our clients deserve.

Here’s what you need to know:

🤍 A 30% retainer will now be collected when booking your appointment.
🤍 Retainers are fully transferable when appointments are rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
🤍 Retainers are refundable when appointments are canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice.
🤍 Appointments canceled within 24 hours will forfeit the retainer and may be subject to additional cancellation fees.
🤍 No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
🤍 Late arrivals may require a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible. These policies help us respect the time of our artists, our clients, and everyone waiting for an appointment.

🚧 Road Closure Notice — Please Read Before Your Appointment 🚧

Starting Monday, June 8th through June 22nd, Anderson Ave will be closed just west of our driveway due to road work.

✨ Good news — you can still get to us! ✨
Please access Stone & Spark Collective (2314 Anderson Ave) from the east side of Anderson. You may see a “Road Closed” sign, but you are able to carefully go around it to enter our driveway.

We know construction can be frustrating, so please give yourself a few extra minutes when heading our way. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait to see you! 🖤
