✨The first 12 hrs after: Avoid working out, running, saunas and anything pressing hard on the area of treatment (face washing, hat bands on the forehead)
✨Stay upright for 4 hours after treatment ( no laying down to take a nap)

The reason for aftercare rules is to insure the Botox stays where it is placed!
