I don’t know, I’m just having a moment tonight.
I’m really fu***ng proud of Foxy Doll.
I put EVERYTHING into this business. I don’t have kids. I have my husband, my fur babies and Foxy Doll 😂 and pretty much all of my time, money, energy and brain power goes into this damn business.
And I work my ass off.
I’m constantly thinking about what I can do next. What can I make? What can I change? How can I make it different? How can I make it feel like ME and like Foxy Doll instead of the same stuff everybody else is doing?
And yeah, people copy me. All. The. Time. And I’m not gonna lie, it pi**es me off because I work really hard to come up with my own ideas.
But then I have moments like this where I’m like… you know what?
COPY IT.
Because I know where it came from.
I know how many hours I spent thinking about it. How much money I’ve dumped into trying things that may or may not work. How many times I’ve changed my mind, started over, stayed up way too late and wondered, “Is this stupid?” 😂
And now seeing these new pieces come together with my ideas and Andrew’s artwork and realizing we’re actually creating something that is OURS…
That is so damn cool to me.
Maybe it works. Maybe it doesn’t. Maybe some of my ideas are completely ridiculous. 😂 But I’m willing to try them.
I’m just trying to build something different. Something that looks and feels like Foxy Doll.
And tonight I’m taking a second to actually give myself some credit.
I’m fu***ng proud of myself.
And I’m really damn proud of Foxy Doll. 🖤
