When we started her Skin Healing Journey she was diagnosed with hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) I didn't give I researched day and night because I was determined to help my girl out ❗❗
❣What is( Hs) hidradenitis suppurativa is an inflammatory disease of the sweat glands that causes skin lesions to develop as a result of inflammation and infection of sweat glands.
ESTIE TIPS ❗❗ I used a salicylic acid mask from PCA followed by a calming mask and a Chemical peel with resorcinol and salicylic acid 2 layers since salicylic acid contains anti-inflammatory properties and is known to exfoliate the skin, weaken bacteria and prevent future breakouts it was a no brain. While doing my research I ran across a study showing resorcinol to be among one the ingredients that were being tested I got her and her doctor's consent and we took the skin healing journey so far so good 😌🙌🏾 lit bit ways to go but we are definitely in the right direction ❗❗😇
