Opening FRIDAY MAY 8th! Please be patient with me as I try to get everyone that was on my schedule back in. There will be a back up for sure!! Here are some protocols that we will have to follow upon opening! Thank you, and I look forward to seeing you all soon!
Legacy Salons Re-Opening Protocol
This is to let everyone know the expectations from Legacy Salons & Day Spa, to ensure the safety of our staff members, tenants, clients, vendors and every one’s family. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us all get back to some kind of a new normal. We will be re-evaluating these requirements bi-weekly, until the state mandates otherwise.
Tenants
1. Must not show any symptoms of any illness- or will be asked to stay home
2. Room must be cleaned/sanitized and ready by TDLR guidelines prior to every client
3. Only 1 client in the room getting services at a time
4. Must have appointment in advance by cell/text/email/online scheduling, NO walk ins.
5. Must disinfect/sanitize between each client per TDLR guidelines
6. Responsible to notify clients of all requirements prior to entering Legacy Salons & Day Spa based on our new protocol
7. Anyone who thinks may have an ill client, will need to ask them to leave, and alert management immediately.
8. Clients will need to stay in car until you have text/call them that you are ready to begin their service, they must wear face mask upon entering and exiting salon, may not bring any friends or family with them to appointment, they will not be allowed anywhere else in the salon (ex. Breakroom/visiting with others, etc.) Please look under ‘Clients’ for more information
9. You may not have any personal family members in the room during your working hours (especially children)
10. Management has the right to refuse service to anyone not adhering to these requirements
11. Be flexible with scheduling/salon hours to reduce the numbers of people (staff and clients) in salon at all times in order to maintain social distancing.
12. No lingering at front desk/brake room/ or other suites.
13. Text front desk with any issues, to help avoid direct contact and keep social distancing.
14. Product pick up for clients: They can wait outside and you deliver them the product when they text you. Do not get the front desk involved!
15. Food is left in the refrigerator must be marked with date and your name on it to ensure not to be thrown away. Weekly cleaning of the refrigerator will be done, and anything a week old, will be tossed- including containers.
16. If you share a room, you may NOT work at the same time, and will be up to you to schedule accordingly.
Clients
1. Must not show any symptoms of any illness- or we reserve the right to refuse service
2. Must have appointment
3. Must wear face make entering and exiting the salon or in common areas of the salon
4. Will need to wait in their vehicles until they have been text/called that it is time for their appointment
5. Will not be allowed to bring anyone with them to their appointment
If other family members have scheduled appointments, they will need to wait in vehicle until It is their time for their appointment
If children under age are getting the service, they can be accompanied by a parent as long as they are wearing mask and practicing social distancing guide lines
6. Not allowed to wait outside of stylist rooms, waiting areas, break rooms, etc.
7. If picking up product, they need to contact you and meet you in the parking lot.
We are providing this new protocol to be implemented during this challenging time to ensure everyone’s safety and health as well as following state recommendations. We encourage your full cooperation, Ignoring or lack of cooperation could result in closing your suite/business while still being financially responsible for your lease. We will monitor this on bi-weekly basis and make adjustments as needed.
