Patients rated treatment pain on an average score of 2 on a scale from 1 to 10 (1 = no pain, 10= worst pain). Should I plan on any downtime? Most patients experience minimal downtime and return to normal activity right after treatment and typically resume exercise within several days. Are there any side effects? The miraDry treatment has a strong safety record. You may experience some localized soreness or swelling which typically clears within a few weeks.
