SVABHĀVA — YOUR TRUE NATURE ✨
Spiritually, svabhāva is who you are underneath the conditioning, expectations, titles, roles, and masks you learned to wear just to survive, belong, or be accepted.
At some point, the mask that once protected you can become the very thing suffocating you.
So I’ve been asking myself a deeper question:
Who am I when I’m no longer performing who other people expect me to be?
Not who they remember.
Not who makes them comfortable.
Not the version of me that earns applause.
Not the persona I created to survive.
Who am I naturally?
That is where I’m finding freedom—in returning to my own nature. My svabhāva. The authentic self underneath all the noise.
Sometimes healing isn’t about becoming somebody new.
Sometimes it’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who you had to be. 🤍✨
