Lace Ventilation ✨

1 thing being a hair enthusiast has taught me over the years is that hair/ lace can be expensive! And has only gotten more expensive over the years. Through many vendor testing trials I’ve realized that just because the price goes up doesn’t necessarily mean that the quality has. I’ve spent thousands of my own money on testing hair and lace over the years and made sure to test the durability of it to its full extent.

A major lesson I’ve learned with lace, in particularly HD and transparent, is that the lace IS fragile and you’re more likely to have balding/thinning in your lace especially if overly manipulated. But that doesn’t mean that you have to give up on it completely. I’ve had a few wigs over the years that were still great, condition wise, but the lace was ate up 😩. So I decided to teach myself how to ventilate! Which in return saved me hundreds of dollars on lace replacements and gave me the opportunity to REALLY customize my hairline to my liking without super big or super weak knots. Save yourself some coin and just get those trouble areas fixed up. 😊

when your client colors her wig on her own 😂 it wasn’t a bad job but we definitely had to do a little here and there to get it back right!

I went in and color corrected her roots/ knots as best as possible without much damage to the integrity of her closure. Also revived the color that was added to give it a more vibrant and even outcome. ☺️
