Always let your curls cool completely before letting them down. When hair is curled with heat, the shape isn’t fully set while it’s still warm. Allowing the curls to cool helps the hair lock in the shape, giving you longer-lasting curls, more bounce, and better hold.

If you drop the curls too soon, they can fall flat much faster. A little patience goes a long way for that full, long-lasting finish
