I am delighted to announce that I am launching a FREE series of in-person workshops at DASS, where each month we will explore a new topic focusing on self-care, self-improvement and/or entrepreneurship in collaboration with Nancy Yang and her team, ultra-high producing Twin Cities real estate agents. This Self-Care series explores the topics of graceful aging and self-love towards greater self-awareness through personal growth to focus on helping women prioritize their own self-care and elevating themselves to a higher level of living! I truly believe that these workshops will be a transformative experience for all involved.

Connecting and creating with a community of women who support and uplift each other is AMAZING. We then navigate through the challenges of life and to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore what it means to grow into our womanly skin and bodies. Through this journey, you will be provided a wonderful opportunity to build new friendships and connect relationships with empowering and inspirational women.

Let’s have fun and share our experiences and support one another as we can create a positive and uplifting community that celebrates our unique journeys and strengths, and to live a life filled with joy, purpose, and fulfillment.

Moreover, I want to emphasize that this series is not just about superficial beauty but cultivating a sense of inner beauty and confidence that radiates outward. By taking care of ourselves on all levels – body, mind, and spirit – we can tap into our true potential and live our best lives.
