i know i’ve been a little absent from my business but this has been something that my soul/mind has been needing.
the last couple times i’ve taken a long break was because of covid. the last trips were quick in and out of the cities and it wasn’t relaxed.

for my birthday i gifted myself 12 days away from work, away from home, and doing something i enjoy.
next year my goal is to relax more and to be in the moment because my body is getting exhausted quicker than usual.
stress is such a sickness that we don’t realize that it internally is harmful for one’s physical wellness. for my job my body has to be in the best shape or else i can’t perform services efficiently.
