I get asked a lot what my favorite part of the makeup process is, and my first instinct is always to say, “All of it!”—which is true. But if I had to choose just one thing, it would always be eyeshadow. 🎨

I love the creativity that comes with it. Whether it’s a timeless neutral look or something bold and colorful, eyeshadow allows me to bring each client’s vision to life. I love blending shades, perfecting winged liner, and creating looks that enhance and make eyes stand out.

I also genuinely enjoy the artistry behind makeup as a whole—that creative expression is what inspired KDM Artistry from the very beginning. ✨

And of course, there’s nothing quite like seeing the entire look come together after adding lashes! That final touch always makes the eyes pop and completes the transformation. ✨

For this beauty, we created a soft, lightweight hybrid set using YY lashes to enhance her natural almond-shaped eyes while keeping the look airy and effortless, especially for her first time with extensions ✨

The goal? A doll eye effect that opens up the eyes and creates a brighter, more awake appearance without looking overly dramatic. By strategically placing length through the center and blending texture throughout the lash line, we achieved a soft, fluttery finish that complements her features beautifully.

One of my favorite things about lash extensions is that no two sets are the same. Every lash map is customized based on your eye shape, number of natural healthy lashes, and desired look to create a set that’s uniquely yours. 🥹
