Hello all! I am still closed, but I have exciting news to tell you! Stephanie, the owner of Cloud 9 Massage is in Thailand right now learning everything she can about Thai Yoga and will be bringing it back to her studio soon. I recommend you schedule with her so you can experience all the amazing things she’s been learning. I just might have to come back to St. Louis to take some classes with her.

Gina has been working with me and I really like her because she has helped me with my right leg that has been an issue since it dislocated years ago. If you are vaccinated you no longer need to wear masks in the waiting areas at Complex Studios! They recently made this change. Can’t wait to see your fabulous faces throughout the building. 🥳

I have the following times available for you in the month of June...On Monday, the 14th 9-11am. Tuesday, June 15 I also have 9-11am. Wednesday, June 16 11-2pm is open. Thursday, June 17 I have 2pm. Monday, June 21 I have 12-2pm & 5pm. Please message me if you would like me to hold space for you with one of these times. Thank you!

Mask Studio Update. You still need to wear a mask in Complex Studios but if you are vaccinated you can take the mask off during your session. It’s so nice to see your smiling, sweet faces. 🥳

Since this is the second thing to fall from the walls at work, I guess it’s time. I’ve been dreaming of practicing Thai yoga on the side of a mountain and that dream is coming true. Thank you for your business, thank you for your trust. Thank you for choosing me. I will be closing July 17th and I will be bringing Thai yoga to the mountains in New Mexico.
