Even though you will find all the modern conveniences available to you, the island still has a laid back type of feel to it. The weather is always perfect and even when it rains it is still perfect. That is why we have called our home Paradise

Any one know of someone or a small company that can move a full size refrigerator from a garage to another garage on Marco? No stairs, just pick up and drop off on Monday or Tuesday.

The hurricane update is that it has moved further east towards Marco which is not good. We are still in Alaska. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🤞🤞🤞🤞

This trip was one to remember. The house was perfect for us. Felt just like being with friends in that everything we needed was there. There were plenty of condiments (ketchup, mayo, mustard, spices and so on) so that we needed only to buy the basics for lunch and breakfast. There were plenty of dishes glasses flatware and cooking necessities. We did not use the grill but there is one. Beds were super comfy and there were plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie board and more. We left some diving buddies for the pool, which was awesome! We spend a lot of time in the pool during the hottest times of day. My 10 year old loved the pool even more than the beach The beach (an easy walk) is beautiful. Sunsets are spectacular and the shelling is the best I’ve seen. Lots of treasures to be found. I think we returned with 10 lbs of shells! Shops are nearby, an easy drive. The nearby Booksellers and post office is wonderful for puzzles, gifts and cards. We enjoyed dinner at the Snook in and another meal at the Mango Grill. Nice brunch. One of our most fun experiences was a fishing trip with Bubby Hale “Florida’s finest fishing.” Captain RJ was great with my son and took us out backwater fishing. We did the 4 hour trip which was perfect for kids and beginners. We had our catch cooked at Cocomo’s after and enjoyed a magnificent lunch. Took a jet ski tour with Florida adventures which leaves out of nearby Caxambas Park marina, and saw manatees and more dolphins. Tom was fantastic. Very conscientious and friendly. Easy to talk to and helpful with needs. Very responsive and easygoing. There is a book that lists everything you need and suggestions for meals and experiences and shopping. A nice touch. We will definitely return.
