It’s such an amazing feeling accomplishing a goal that you’ve set out for yourself. Finally realizing all the things I set out to do when I entered this country 8 years ago. It’s been quite the journey but as we Jamaicans say “God and Time” !!

Better Call Natz Massage and Wellness studio is coming to Palm Beach Gardens! I’m almost done with creating the perfect atmosphere for your care.

As I prepare my space for my client that’s about to spend an hour on my table, I remind myself to stay present, to listen not just with my ears but with my hands and my heart 💜. This hour may be the only “me time” that this person has had in a long time and I may very well be the only person that has touched them in who knows how long. So I deliver each stroke lovingly, every touch masterfully so that this person feels cared for… so they don’t go off the deep end 🥹. Call it my goodness complex but I like to think that every time I massage someone I prevented something terrible from happening, a mass shooting, a domestic violence situation etc 😄 it is that deep.
