If you suffer with dry, itchy, scalp or excessively oily scalp….you should be exfoliating your scalp weekly.
We exfoliate our skin everywhere else on our body, your scalp is skin also.

The first picture is 12 weeks ago, the second picture is today!! 🤯
She changed her shampoo, and conditioner, added thinning defense serum nightly!
90 days later her hair is literally growing like a w**d 🌱 and is fuller and healthier!

Did you know that a few of the hormones that impact hair growth are:
DHT and Estrogen
The thinning defense serum I have been using contains melatonin and caffeine.
Both of which have been shown to decrease DHT.
Things that increase estrogen:
Artificial fragrance
BPA (plastics)
Chemicals in detergent
And on and on
Excessive estrogen can also negatively impact your thyroid. Which affects hair loss.
If you use heat on your hair you should be using a heat protectant!
Make sure your heat protectant doesn’t have silicone. It is a plastic, when heated melts to your hair shaft. Not allowing any moisture to pe*****te through your hair your hair! This drying out your hair and causing it to break!!
Ditch the silicone!

Jennifer has worn for several years. She has always had thin fine hair.
