Refill Policy: When scheduling your lash refills, please make sure you have at least 40% of your lash extensions still on! For best results book for a fill every 2-3 weeks. Late Policy: Appointments 10 minutes or later will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. The reason for this is to be sure we have enough time during the appointment to achieve your desired look. No Call No Show Policy: If you are ever no call no show an appointment, you will be asked for half your service as a non-refundable deposit. When you come to your next appointment that deposit may be used towards your appointment. Guest Policy: I will not be allowing guest, please be mindful that I do lash from the comfort of my home. In the studio there are some tools that are dangerous. Also please consider that your bottom lashes are taped down. I will need your eyes to remain closed throughout your service. Foreign fill policy: If you have lash extensions from another stylist, please allow the time for me to look at your lashes to see if I can work with the remining lashes. If I cannot, you will need to get a removal and start new. If you have any questions, please reach out to me.
