I used to sit in class, watch videos of barbers doing the cleanest fades, and I would tell me myself, “man, I want to be that good.” Though I am still learning, I step back at times and surprise myself with my own work. Be patient and trust the process.

Even after a 12.5 hour shift like today, you should always give your best on your last haircut. Even if you feel your stomach to your back of how hungry you are or you lost feeling in your legs because of all the standing you did, or the cramping in your hand and fingers...ALWAYS GIVE 100%

I have 3 customers who do mobile detailing, .kinsey . I know they are detail oriented workers so when they come in to get their haircuts, I too have to be detail oriented. It’s part of being a barber...the details 💁🏻♂️•

The place you go to, to relax, unwind, get cleaned up for that job interview or your best friends wedding. The place where it’s YOUR time, where you leave feeling brand new. You come in with the world on your shoulders but when you walk out the door, you feel like YOU’RE on top of the world.

I was taught a technique where you use both the Shears and clippers to make the top even. Perfect for hair that sticks out like a porcupine
