It's Water Wednesdayyyy!!! Make sure you are staying hydrated my friends!! Drink between 50-100% of your body weight in ounces of water per day. So if you are 150lbs that is 75-150 ounces of water per day. Being dehydrated by even 2% can cause 5-10% decrease in VO2 output (think aerobic capacity).
