Have you ever had special moments in your life where your cycle just decided to pay you a visit? This is always happened to me! My prom night, my graduation, vacations, etc. the list can go on.

I believe this was the first time I was on my cycle though on my birthday that I can remember so it really was just like are you serious type of moment for me but I wasn’t surprised.

That’s why it was important for me to dig a little bit deeper and make more out of this b-day/coming onto my cycle and it was raining moment. It was just like a a double whammy for me.

In the end, it was such a total cleansing, healing moment that I needed in my life and I was very grateful and thankful for the entire experience and feeling.

Don’t forget to pour it into yourself every single day, but more importantly before your cycle and during your cycle. Make sure that you take that moment to cherish your body. Give love to her so she can give the love right back to you.
