After some time away, I’m easing back in with something close to my heart 🤍

This past weekend, I had the honor of volunteering at the where I hosted a Skincare 101 workshop for youth.

We talked through the basics of skincare, did personalized consultations, and I was even able to guide each person through a mini cleanse and facial massage.

For many of them, skincare isn’t about trends or luxury. It’s about feeling clean, confident, and cared for in their own skin. Being able to share simple, realistic tips reminded me why I started Equal Esthetics in the first place.

A special thank you to Dr. Elise for organizing such a fun event. I’m so grateful to be a part of it and excited to be coming back for a second workshop soon. It was such a great turnout & glad the youth requested I come back 😭🫶🏽

🧠 May is Mental Health Awareness Month

I recognize the importance of emotional well-being. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and calming space where my clients feel supported, seen, and cared for.

I am currently healing from surgery and cannot wait to get back to my facial studio and resume appointments! For now, I’ve been focusing on business strategies, family, and getting into calligraphy which has helped me with mindfulness. 🫶🏽

I challenge YOU to take some time for yourself to relax or practice mindfulness this month - whatever that means for YOU. Give your mind a break from the day to day work and pour some love into yourself.
