Another new design this week!! For the first time doing it it turned out super cool and everything lined up nicely for me. It’s not too complex but also has the drawing aspect to it!

Alright, after a couple weeks of doing repeats I’m giving yall something new! I usually don’t do swirls so they look a little rough but this design has definitely earned its spot on the list of favorites!!! I didn’t really know where to start but once I figured it out I just kinda went with it.

I’m glad I’m still learning and challenging myself with designs and that hubby is so willing to help me perfect my craft. For that I thank him and appreciate him so much!

Another repeat for this week!! I know it’s been a while we decided to take a little break from braids to let his head rest. I like the way this one turned out a lot. The first time we did it, it was a little rough I admit but this time is way cleaner!! I still have a lot I need to work on but the more I do the better I get!!

I know it’s been a while but I’m back!! Something new but simple I personally like the simplicity of this style and the fact that it looks great!

Hubby decided to bring back one of the first styles I braided on him and I couldn’t be more pleased!!! The first time I did this style I made the mistake of not using gel. And it wasn’t as sooth as I wanted it to be. I can happily say this redo turned out sooo much better. I’m proud of my improvement from the last time I did this style!!

I could have sworn I posted these but if I did here it is again I really fell in love with doing these braids. Although they didn’t turn out the way I wanted them to they still turned out amazing. I have to remember I’m not perfect at everything and that I’m still learning. Thank you hubby for reminding me of that and still encouraging me to finish the look

I’m falling in love with this style everytime I look at it!!!! I’m super proud of my Mohawk style braids! It was very challenging to braid sideways on a mannequin stand

Today in school was updos! In my opinion updos always look better with a braid or two so I always add them….. welllll I was also challenged by Mrs. Mel to do an updo without a braid and so I said challenge accepted! I think both of them turned out beautiful and I’m super proud of myself

Ok,ok I’ve never been this excited to do color before today! Sam let me have all creative power and I took full control of that! We wanted to stick to a Halloween theme seeing as it is spooky season so we ended up doing some spiderwebs on both sides of her head, and a bat in the back of her head. For my first time doing designs I am pretty proud of how it all turned out. It was definitely challenging to accomplish! After the designs we done I went in and gave her some black roots and refreshed the purple but went a little darker. The end result was absolutly stunning I couldn’t be more proud of myself!
