Sheila's Essentials was born during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. As a caregiver to my husband during his battle with Lewy body disease, I searched for a natural shower steamer that could offer a few peaceful moments in my day. Everything I found contained artificial fragrances and ingredients, so I decided to create my own using pure essential oils and simple, natural ingredients.
