We are calling this week for appointments, we’ve been working hard to get the salon reopened to the new guidelines.
Please see our new Covid Salon Protocol:
-Do not come in if you’ve had a fever in the past 48 hours. Do not coming in sick or if you’ve been exposed to anyone sick. We’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment for a future date. -Curbside check-in. Text upon arrival you may wait in your car or outside Phenix. Clients are not longer to sit in the hallways. You will be sent a text when it’s ok for you to come in. Please follow the arrows when entering Phenix Salon Suites. -You must wear a mask that covers both your mouth and nose and loops around your ears so it may not interfere with hair services. If getting color, please understand it is likely color will get on your mask, so don’t wear your favorite one. -Everyone must wash/sanitize their hands upon arrival. -We need to limit the time in the salon some services may be limited/altered.
-Guests are not permitted. If a child is receiving a service only one parent may attend. -Please be patient if we run a bit behind, we need to sanitize between each client.
-Magazine and refreshments are no longer permitted. -Cash is still accepted but please bring exact cash to limit transfer. -We love you and have missed you to but P.D.A. is no longer allowed.
