I’m continuing to grow the holistic side of my esthetics practice.
On Sunday, I joined a pre-class Zoom as I prepare for an exciting continuing education training in Somatic & Nervous System Regulation Techniques.
I’ll be learning ways to thoughtfully integrate these techniques into my facials to support an even deeper sense of relaxation and whole-body wellness.
These techniques may help:
• Ease stress and promote relaxation
• Support more restful sleep
• Encourage a greater sense of calm and grounding
• Relax and release tension in the jaw, face, scalp, and shoulders
• Help overall skin health
