I wanted to take a second to explain why I require a deposit when booking appointments.

Deposits help protect my time and my small business. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows leave me with an empty spot that often can’t be filled, resulting in lost income.

Your deposit goes toward your service—it’s not an extra fee! It’s simply a commitment from both of us that your appointment is being held just for you.

I completely understand that life happens, and if you need to reschedule with enough notice, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment according to my booking policy.
