Let me come to you! Days of the month opened up for regular on site chair massage!

On October 1 I will be moving to this location! As much as I have loved working in the salon, it’s time for an update and fresh start!

The Armar Hub is a great 48 space coworking area some amazing small businesses! Until the end of September I will still be seeing my clients at Clover & Co so please be mindful of that!

I am excited to work with the small businesses in Armar Hub and bring you in to check out my new space!

More to come!

Hey everyone!

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted, but for good reason!

I’ve been spending some time working behind the scenes, learning new things, and putting together some exciting ideas that I can’t wait to share with all of you.

As always, my passion is helping people move better, feel better, and being a part of their healing journey! Over the coming weeks you’ll be seeing more tips on massage therapy, recovery, pain relief, stretching, wellness, and a few new projects I’ve been working on that I think you’re going to love.

Whether you have followed me from the start, seen me for massage, or simply just followed, thank you for being a part of my success!

I’d love to hear from you! What’s one area of your health or recovery that you’d like to learn more about? Let me know in the comments!

Blessings!

I just wanted to take a few minutes to extend my gratitude to you all! I am so beyond grateful for all the shares, word of mouth, and visits. You all have made this the best year I’ve had and continue to grow.

I will be taking time off starting the 6th of December through the beginning of the year as my family preps for the birth of our second child! My wife is an absolute beauty and Rockstar!! We couldn’t be more excited for the growth of our beautiful family!

Happy Holiday and Merry Christmas! May the love your families keep you warm and in good spirit!

Just had a 120 minute massage session open up for tomorrow at 10:30! Who wants it!?

Another great session with Cael! College baseball catcher suffering with limited range of motion and tightness in the shoulder and heads of the deltoids!

This made a huge leap in range of motion and lead to way more blood flow!
