Massage Therapy increases lymph flow which fights off infections and bacteria boosting your overall immune system. Regular massage during the winter helps your body stay healthy with a strong immune system avoiding winter illnesses.

Massage Therapy Services available are:
•Deep Tissue Massage / Myofascial Release
•Kenesino Tapping (for pulled/ strained muscles)
•Traditional Chinese Cupping (great for scar tissue and cellulite) Cupping Services do not include glass or fire.
Prices: $1.00 per minute
Services are available in 30, 45, 60 or 90 minute sessions.
Chair Massage available in 15 minute sessions for $10.00.

Well everyone it’s been great to have Carpe Diem, but it’s time to shut down the page! Today was the last day open and I will be working next door at my old home base of Hotheads hair salon! Thanks everyone who has liked the page and come by to see me and the team, I can’t believe it’s been a year!! As the renewal of the least comes closer I have decided that I should place myself back in a home base position. I’m not ready to play adult and have such responsibilities. I am moving back to hotheads hair salon as of the first week of June! It is a comfee and unique environment, and very much my style of place, with a great team and good vibes. Katlynn Mckee and Jess Harmon already work there and Adam Wanglaz will still be massaging and building to his own practice. Not much will change except that I will personally be in the second building, not The third, and on the first floor and not the second.
I’ll change this page probably and open a booth area for my finished art at a local consignment shop that features local art and practices a good, healthy enthusiasm for our community as I do. Please stay posted!!
