Welcome Dana! She is taking appointments now. Just a little info and how to schedule with her!!

Dana Watts received her Massage Therapy license through the OH Medical Board in 2008. She worked as an RN before that and her longest and most adored position was with Hospice. She had to leave her nursing career due to progressive decline in certain skills she needed, due to a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. She now jokingly states that she can relate to her clients when they have been told that their pain or problems “Are all in their head!”, as her side effects are due to her own immune system attacking nerves inside her brain!

Dana worked for a Chiropractor before choosing to start her own business in 2019. She does continuing education every year and truly loves her profession as well as helping people. She believes in the professional opinions of researchers who say that stress and anxiety increase the amount of pain that we feel. This is why she incorporates deep breathing into all of her sessions. She also uses things like light to moderate pressure, low lighting, relaxing music and an aromatherapy to help facilitate relaxation, feelings of well-being, and pain relief.
