I want to take a moment to thank you for supporting my business—each of you play a huge part in making it what it is today, and I’m truly grateful.

As my schedule continues to fill up and my books get busier, I’ve had to take a hard look at how last-minute cancellations and no-shows affect my business and other clients who are waiting for openings. Unfortunately, these last-minute changes have become more frequent and are taking a real toll—not only on my time, but also on the ability to serve others who are hoping to get in.

With that said, I’ll be STRICTLY ENFORCING my cancellation and no-show policy moving forward.
Here’s a quick breakdown:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total.
• These fees will need to be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

🔺Please understand this policy isn’t personal—it’s simply a necessary step to ensure fairness, respect everyone’s time, and maintain the quality of service you all expect and deserve.

If you ever need to reschedule, I completely understand! Just please try to give me at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows me to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting.
