The Situation: 2 inches of new growth that was light brown, then about 3-4 inches of bright copper red and the rest was just faded and lots of damage from split ends. She also had an old perm in there😩...wanted to even out the color, get rid of the red and have hilights. 3 hours later we were done.
I took the time to educate my client about how I can’t just put bleach on her hair and have it turn out all even from roots to end with all that was going on. I always try to educate my clients so they understand why they can’t have the hair color in the picture they bring me after just one appointment😉

I guess I had a happy client today!!😊💇💁
