24hr & 12hr CANCELLATION POLICIES (For Any Reason):

Please read this thoroughly before reserving an appointment online with us at Allure Lash & Beauty Studio. Our small business follows a strict 24hr & 12hr Cancellation Policy all new and existing clients must accept prior to booking. By entering your credit card information online to hold an appointment reservation, you are acknowledging that you've read and accepted our "Cancellation Policies" and agree to be charged if the required cancellation notice isn't given or if you "No Show". Credit card information is all encrypted. This applies to ANY cancellation reason; last-minute transportation problems, being sick, sick kids, sick animals, getting stuck at work and also applies to Covid-19 & possible Covid-19 exposures. Cancellations for ANY REASON within 24hr will be charged 50% of the services booked to the credit card on file. Cancellations/No Shows for ANY REASON with 12hr or less notice will be charged 100% of the services booked to the credit card on file. We kindly ask that you not book any future services if you do not accept our policies...This is not to punish anyone. This is to protect our schedules and respect our valuable time as commission-based service providers and also keep our staff and clients safe. Our scheduling software sends an automated Text/Email notification when each appointment is booked. Clients will then get an automated confirmation Text/Email 72hrs before each appointment in which clients must respond to that day to confirm. Our system then sends a final reminder 2hrs before any scheduled appointment. So it is impossible to forget you have an appointment wink wink! PAYMENT POLICY:

Cash payments are preferred in small bills only (NO 50's or 100's). All major credit cards are accepted. If you plan to leave gratuity for your lash artist cash is preferred but all forms are greatly appreciated. ***NO CHECKS***

We respectfully ask to NOT bring children or friends to appointments so we can provide our clients the best service we can in the time provided as we have an open floor plan. We also kindly ask clients to silence and refrain from any cell phone use when visiting for appointments. CLIENTS FROM OTHER LOCATIONS:

Clients coming from other lash locations for lash fill services may require removal and a new set if not professionally applied. We will determine this ourselves when inspecting your lashes. Please respect our time and book either a “Complimentary Consultation” or book a “Foreign Lash Fill” through Online Booking. We will not pick through others' work. If the proper service isn't booked this may require being rescheduled to another day for longer appointment time. SERVICE MENU & PRICING
