It’s that time of year, UNFORTUNATELY! Whether it’s the common cold or Covid, the viruses 🦠 are spreading like wildfire! I unfortunately have lupus, so when I get a cold it feels like the flu, when I get the flu I feel like my time is coming 😅😅😅 (fought to get out of bed yesterday, and on Thursday barely made it out).
So let this be the time of year be sure to make yourself SHOTS at home to empower your immune system and gut!
- 3-6 ounces of Water
- 2 Key Limes
- 1 Whole Lemon
- 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- 1 clove or fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp of raw honey
Stick in the Juicer/Ninja/MagicBullet
Process it 2 times
Pour over a mason jar or mug through a strainer. 3 separate times, Discard Pulp
Drink 3 ounces and save the rest for the next day.
