Curl Haven Studio,

Almost 3 years in the making as a brand, community and safe space. Who would have thought that so soon I would have been blessed with the ability to persevere as a stylist, and also a salon owner to be able to open up a storefront.

If you’ve known me for only a short amount of time or my entire time as a stylist, you know this is always been my dream. If you asked me eight years ago as a baby stylist/assistant if I thought this would’ve happened within 10 years of starting in this industry, I would’ve laughed, probably cried and thought it would never happen for me.

Who could’ve thought that a small town girl could’ve had such big town dreams. I am beyond ungrateful for every single client that has stepped into my chair and trusted me. For every team member that has been by my side and supported me. And to all of my family, especially my husband for believing in me when I did not believe in me, giving me the strength to continue to move forward and seeing my dreams happen before I saw them for myself.

Most of all, glory to God. Without him, I am nothing. He has given me the gift that has allowed me to bless all of you and has given me things that I truly do not deserve. My goal is not only to create a safe space and beautiful hair for all of our clients but to also show and allow people to feel the love him through our work.

Thank you for everyone that came out to our grand opening and to those that could not hopefully we will see you soon in the salon! You will still experience the excitement and the beauty of the new Curl Haven Studio➰🩶. It is only up from here and I aim to continue to grow as a team, as an owner, and as Alexis.
