Wautier Wellness Chiropractic and Massage

😂🫣😬😳

Everybody is so creative! What moves have you seen? 👀

Dr. Stephanie Wautier had the honor and pleasure of interviewing Nutritionist Lisa Franz, born in Germany, now living in Bolivia, about FOOD. She brings a balanced and sensible view to the table, after having been on many restrictive diets herself. This week’s episode was so amazing! 😎 I LOVED the eye opening conversation I had with Jenna Udenberg! 🤩 She says “Disability is not a bad word”.

Did you catch last week’s episode about Alice from Ishpeming?

At 86 years old, Alice has lived through a remarkable amount of change, but some of the things she values most have remained surprisingly constant: family, faith, hard work, humor, and showing up for the people you love.
In this episode of Conversations with a Chiropractor, Dr. Stephanie Wautier sits down with Alice for a warm trip through more than eight decades of life in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
From growing up in Ishpeming as one of eleven children to becoming one of the women who worked at the historic H.W. Gossard factory, Alice offers a glimpse into a UP that looked very different from the one we know today.
The conversation eventually turns to marriage, motherhood, loss, aging, and the family Alice and her husband Bobby built over nearly 65 years together.
There are funny memories, difficult ones, and plenty of moments that reveal just how much history can live inside one person's ordinary life.
Most of all, it is a conversation about gratitude, resilience, and the stories worth preserving while we still have the opportunity to ask.
