My heart just breaks for his family and friends.
Lately life has felt a little hectic… and honestly, the world feels like a crazy place sometimes.
My priorities right now?
Family. Kids. Work. And skincare 🤣
Because at the end of the day, you can’t control everything around you —
but you can control you
I live try to live by you can only “Control the controllables.”
Take care of your people.
Take care of your health.
Protect your peace.
Do what feels right for you.
Benefits of Microneedling — why do people love this treatment?
There are many reasons someone may choose microneedling — but honestly?
👉 It’s one of the EASIEST treatments to recover from when done with proper protocols. MUCH easier IMO than some of the ablative treatments out there… because its not chemical or thermal… it works mechanically
Here’s why:
✔️ Non-ablative treatment
Meaning the surface of the skin is preserved — so it can be performed year-round (with proper SPF, of course ☀️).
✔️ Stimulates natural collagen production
Tiny controlled micro-channels signal your skin to repair itself, improving texture and firmness over time.
✔️ Helps remodel scar tissue
Instead of creating heat-based injury like some lasers that rely on scar formation for results, microneedling works by breaking down disorganized scar tissue and encouraging healthier collagen remodeling.
✔️ Improves multiple concerns at once
• Fine lines
• Acne scars
• Pore appearance
• Skin texture
• Pigmentation support
• Overall skin quality + glow
✔️ Minimal downtime
Most patients describe recovery as redness similar to a sunburn for 24–48 hours — making it one of the most approachable collagen-stimulating treatments.
✨ And the best part? Treatments are fully customized based on your skin goals.
Can be done with ONE treatment for a beautiful glow or a series to help with scar tissue

Custom Hair Prescriptions ✨
When at-home treatments aren’t working… it may be time to go deeper.
If you’ve already:
✔️ Tried over-the-counter products
✔️ Addressed stressors
✔️ Ruled out iron deficiency or lab abnormalities
✔️ Optimized nutrition and lifestyle
…and you’re still experiencing hair thinning or shedding — prescription hair therapy may be the next step.
RX hair treatments are customized medical therapies designed to target the underlying cause of hair loss, not just the symptom.
These may help with:
• Hormonal hair thinning
• Androgenic alopecia
• Increased shedding
• Early density loss
• Hair cycle disruption
Because sometimes… OTC products simply aren’t strong enough to create real change.
My approach is always evidence-based and individualized, focusing on scalp health, hair growth cycles, and long-term restoration — not quick fixes.

Why Microneedling?
And why do I use SkinPen®?
Microneedling is one of my favorite treatments because it doesn’t add anything artificial to your skin — it teaches your skin to repair ITSELF
Microneedling works through something called collagen induction therapy. Tiny medical-grade needles create controlled micro-channels in the skin, triggering your natural healing response.
This leads to:
✨ Increased collagen + elastin
✨ Stronger, healthier skin
✨ Improved texture and tone over time
It can help with:
• Fine lines & early wrinkles
• Acne scars
• Enlarged pores
• Pigmentation concerns
• Skin laxity
• Overall skin quality + glow
This is not a quick filter or temporary fix — this is true skin remodeling.
So why SkinPen?
Not all microneedling devices are created equal… ASK WHAT device people use
We use SkinPen® because it is the first FDA-cleared microneedling device for acne scars, meaning it has real clinical data supporting both safety and results.
✔️ Medical-grade precision depth control
✔️ Sterile, single-use cartridges
✔️ Vertical needle technology for safer treatment
✔️ Consistent, evidence-based outcomes
Safety and predictability matter — especially when we’re stimulating collagen.
My goal isn’t just “glowy skin today.”
It’s healthier skin that functions better and ages better long-term.

Things I Ask BEFORE Every Tox Appointment 💉
Yes… there are a lot of questions 😅
And there’s a reason for every single
✔️ Do you have any upcoming events?
Timing matters — results take time to settle, and bruising can happen.
✔️ Any recent or upcoming treatments?
Microneedling
Facials or waxing
Chemical peels
Laser treatments
Filler or other injections
I feel like i keep adding to this list too…
✔️ Recent illness or immune activity?
Any infections, antibiotics, viral or bacterial illness, or recent immunizations.
✔️ Medical history & allergies
Your health history helps guide dosing and safety.
✔️ Medications & supplements
Including aspirin, ibuprofen, blood thinners, or anything that may increase bruising.
✔️ Alcohol use prior to treatment
(bruising risk.)
✔️ Previous aesthetic experience
Lasers, peels, skincare, tox, filler, biostimulators, threads, or surgery.
✔️ History of cold sores
Important for certain treatment areas and prevention planning.
✔️ What you loved — and didn’t love — before
Your past results help guide your future results.
✔️ Your goals
Tell me what you love about your face and what you’d like to enhance — not change.
✔️ Pregnant or breastfeeding?
Safety always comes first.
✔️ Future plans
Even what you have planned tomorrow can matter for aftercare- no marathon the next day ok 🤣yes i had to cancel one r/t this
I ask all these because things can happen/ they are rare but everyone is SO different. And there are variant anatomical muscles out there! Plus we want to protect your investment.
Ok whatd i miss?!

Masseter Botox — What is it actually good for… and is everyone a candidate?!
Masseter Botox can be used for several reasons, but the two most common are:
✔️ TMJ pain & jaw clenching
✔️ Facial slimming
The masseter is one of the largest and strongest muscles in the face — so treatment requires higher dosing and careful assessment.
And here’s the important part:
👉 NO!— not everyone is a candidate.
I explain it to patients like this:
Think of the masseter muscle as a king-size mattress.
If we shrink the mattress down to a queen, the sheet (your skin and soft tissue) is still king-size.
Meaning — in some face shapes, reducing this muscle can actually create jowling or lower-face heaviness instead of slimming.
That’s why this treatment should NEVER be one-size-fits-all.
✔️ Requires in-person assessment
✔️ Muscle palpation
✔️ Facial balance evaluation
✔️ Discussion of risks vs benefits
In this particular case, we also treated lower-face muscles (including chin/frown muscles), which helped improve overall facial balance and significantly relieved TMJ symptoms. Now this patient only needs treatment about once per year.
And full transparency — I’ve had masseter Botox myself, and I didn’t love it because my masseters aren’t very strong.
👉 Everyone’s anatomy is different.
👉 Dosing is individualized.
👉 Good outcomes come from good clinical decision-making.
Have you had masseter Botox before? Did you love it?
