Hi friends. I hate making posts like this, but sometimes it’s necessary.

I have had 3 instances this week alone where people are running 15-30 minutes late to their appointments.

I know life happens, trust me. As someone who runs a business by myself, with two littles of my own, I get it.

But this is also frustrating for me because that means I can’t give you the full service you are wanting in less time, which in turn means less income for me and also runs into my other appointments for the day.

Please respect my decision to continue charging late fees when necessary, and possibly a reschedule to your appointment.

Again, this is not something easy for me to talk about but I need my time respected, just the same as I respect yours.
