Face + Body Studio is an intimate, modern spa offering customized facial treatments, massage therapy, waxing, eyebrow shaping and eyelash tinting. The studio, which also features and promotes creative artwork from local artisans, is a place to relax, indulge and re-energize.
We are so happy to offer our Rest and Restore Workshop again led by Nikki Coates on Sunday 6/28 from 3:00 to 5:00pm in our Relaxation Room.

This deeply grounding experience will begin with assisted stretching, followed by restorative lounge chair massage. You’ll be guided into supportive, relaxing positions that allow the body to fully soften while receiving hands-on massage and grounding touch.
The workshop will conclude with Non-Sleep Deep Rest - a guided meditation designed to restore both the physical and energetic systems of the body.
A beautiful opportunity to slow down, reset, and return home to yourself🤍
