A little about Krystle in her own words….

“I’ve been a massage therapist for 15 years and am so grateful that helping people feel their best is what I get to call work. 

My massage style is flowy, intuitive, and deeply relaxing. I customize each session to meet your individual needs and goals.

I especially enjoy working on stubborn shoulder knots and spending extra time on the head and neck. These are areas where many of us hold more stress and tension than we realize.

One of my favorite things about massage is its ability to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. In a world that rarely slows down, massage gives you the chance to relax and be present.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you can usually find me at the beach, planning my next travel adventure, or enjoying live music with friends.”

A year ago today we re-opened after being closed for over 8 months after a fire..

We were VERY bare bones and scared about how we could make this all work after such a huge loss…. But OH MY it’s 1 year and we are STILL HERE- and truly better than ever before.
